About Organizational Event
Local intelligence stays autonomous. Meaningful change becomes shared organizational context.
Organizational Event is a communication and memory layer for organizations where humans and AI systems work across separate teams, projects and contexts.
The problem
Important change gets trapped in local context.
Teams, specialist AI workspaces and individual projects can each know something important without the rest of the organization knowing it. Copying every conversation upward creates surveillance and noise. Organizational Event promotes only the organizational consequence.
Human authority
A candidate is not organizational truth.
AI can identify a possible Organizational Event, but a responsible human confirms whether it accurately represents what happened. Only then does it become shared organizational context for its authorized audience.
Privacy boundary
Transmit consequence, not conversation.
Raw chats, exploratory reasoning, drafts and abandoned ideas do not need to become organizational memory. An event carries what changed, why it matters, the affected scope and evidence references when available.
Traceability
Organizational state should explain itself.
Events keep lifecycle history. Administrative state changes are audited. Synthesis is generated from shared events rather than hidden local work, preserving a trace from organizational reasoning back to confirmed context.
Event types
Five simple forms of meaningful organizational change.
- Decision — a meaningful choice that guides future work.
- Discovery — new evidence that materially changes understanding.
- Risk — a condition that may negatively affect important work.
- Change — a meaningful implementation, policy, scope or operational state change.
- Blocker — a constraint that prevents important progress from continuing normally.
